Pilates- Denise Weise discovered yoga in 2007, and included Pilates into the mix in 2011. She received her certified Pilate’s teacher training in classic Mat work in 2015 along with her yoga teacher training YTT200 certificate, and has been teaching yoga and Pilates since. She is completing her YTT500 ( yoga) certification in December 2020, and continues to upgrade her Pilates knowledge and skills through semi-private Pilates work with her advanced Pilates trainer. Before moving to Arnprior Denise ran a successful studio in Whitby with her sister offering Pilates and yoga to local students. Denise’s purpose in teaching is providing a safe, secure and fun environment for everyone joining her classes.
