Photography: Frank Dugal is a self-taught, life-long photographer whose first love is photographing people (in fact, for a number of years, he spent his weekends photographing weddings and special events). Frank, who has been shooting digital since 1998, was the founding co-leader of the RA Photo Club Digital Group and the president of the Orléans Photo Club and the leader of its digital group. He is a member of the Kanata Seniors Centre Camera Club and the Arnprior Photo Club. Frank believes photography is a school from which you never graduate, it's a continual learning process.

Yoga: Allison Donnelly (Amrita) is the owner of Rising Lotus Yoga in Arnprior. Allison has been a registered yoga instructor and practitioner for over 8 years. She specializes in chair yoga. Allison has a degree in psychology from Carleton University.

Fitness: Krista Jefferies is currently a full-time pool assistant with the Town of Arnprior at the Nick Smith Centre and is involved with fitness programs both in the pool and in the community hall. She has a diploma in Recreation, she is a Certified Personal Trainer and Older Adult Fitness Specialist with Canfitpro, a Red Cross instructor, Lifesaving Society instructor, Certified Aquafitness instructor, and National Lifeguard instructor and examiner.

Creative Writing: Patricia Josefchak has several passions, including her marriage and family, history, music, and their home and garden on a tiny slice of lakefront in Eastern Ontario. She has her bachelor’s degree in mathematics and her master’s degree in management science, both from the University of Waterloo.
