ADMH Parking – Tenants

This form is for Arnprior Regional Health tenants only. Please complete all fields to ensure your parking access is set up correctly. Once submitted, parking access will be added to your existing security badge within 2 business days. If you do not have a security badge, you’ll need to obtain one from the IT Department on the third floor of the Administration Building, or by emailing [email protected]. You will receive a reminder before your parking access expires. At that time, you’ll need to re-enter your payment details to renew.
