December 18, 2025 – Recent provincial data shows a significant rise in Influenza A cases, with current percent positivity rated as very high.
To help protect patients, staff, and our community during the current increase in Influenza A cases, Arnprior Regional Health is implementing enhanced masking measures.
At the Arnprior & District Memorial Hospital:
- All staff and volunteers will be masking during patient interactions.
- Masks are required for all visitors to the Inpatient Unit (IPU) when entering patient rooms
At the Adult Day Program, and Assisted Living Services:
- All staff and volunteers will be masking during patient interactions.
At the Grove Home:
- Masks are required for all visitors to the Home
Visitors to the Grove Home or the Hospital who are feeling unwell or showing symptoms are strongly encouraged to delay their visit to reduce the risk of spreading illness.
All individuals displaying respiratory symptoms will be asked to wear a mask.
