Hourly Rate:                                        $24.72 – $26.39 (Rate effective 29-Sept-2025)

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Diploma
• Medical Office Administration Diploma from an accredited learning institute or two (2) years related work experience.
• Medical terminology and medical office and filing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred:                          

• Registration experience in medical office administration, particularly in a diagnostic imaging or health care setting.
• Experience in booking patients and Hospital information systems
• Experience with scheduling software and EMR systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to diagnostic imaging and breast screening services.
