Hourly Rate: $24.72 – $26.39 (Rate effective 29-Sept-2025)

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Diploma
- Medical Office Administration Diploma from an accredited learning institute or two (2) years related work experience.
- Medical terminology and medical office and filing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred:
- Registration experience in medical office administration, particularly in a diagnostic imaging or health care setting.
- Experience in booking patients and Hospital information systems
- Experience with scheduling software and EMR systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to diagnostic imaging and breast screening services.
