As of June, 2023, patients of Arnprior Regional Health (ARH) who receive care in the Emergency Department, Day Surgery, or Inpatient Unit are invited to complete the Patient Experience survey via email. This approach aligns with industry standards for timely, cost-effective feedback collection.

The survey is administered by Qualtrics; your answers are confidential and are combined with those from other patients in the report to provide the Hospital with aggregate data and feedback. Your identity remains anonymous.
