“We encourage philanthropic giving to Arnprior Regional Health to enhance patient/resident and client care today and into the future”

Arnprior Regional Health Foundation

Arnprior Regional Health Foundation was founded in 2005 and we raise funds annually to support hospital and the Grove Retirement Home equipment purchases and the staff educational bursary program. Over the years donors and volunteers from  West Ottawa, Mississippi Mills, Arnprior and McNab-Braeside have helped fund renovation of the hospital’s Emergency Department; purchase of digital mammography equipment and more recently the acquisition of digital x-ray equipment.  At the Grove Retirement Home monies have also purchased equipment to improve the resident home experience. These investments have improved the quality of patient and resident care.

There are more than 30,000 people in our catchment area, from Renfrew County, West Carleton and Mississippi Mills. We serve people through our Emergency Department, Outpatient Clinics, in our Operating Rooms, on our Inpatient floor, in the community through our Assisted Living Services Program and with long term care at The Grove.

It is easy to imagine how each of us could be touched by Arnprior Regional Health. This could be your father or mother, your child or your neighbour.

To keep care close to home and to continue to provide you and our community with the best possible hospital, nursing home and health care, we need your help – for better equipment and better facilities.

There is many ways to support Arnprior Regional Health Foundation from volunteering on the board of directors, participating in fundraising events or running your own third party event.

You may also become a donor through donation of shares or property, gifts of life insurance, or leaving a legacy through estate planning.

In 2014 we launched our Heart of Gold Club.  This is a monthly giving club where you decided how much to donate on a monthly basis.

Arnprior Regional Health Foundation staff and volunteers are dedicated to ensuring that each donor dollar is used for its intended purpose and in the most cost effective manner possible.

Arnprior Regional Health Foundation is a registered Canadian charity (Reg # 832583744 RR0001) and follows the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) Donor Bill of Rights and its Code of Professional Standards.

To protect your privacy, we do not rent, trade or sell donor lists.
