Arnprior Regional Health (ARH) has once again scored impressive results from the employee survey. National Research Corporation (NRCC), the survey company used by ARH has been conducting employee experience surveys in over 60 hospitals and nursing homes since 2010.
The purpose is to capture employee perceptions of the most important aspects associated with their ability to carry out their work responsibilities. NRCC recently announced that ARH ranked first in percentile rankings among the small site peer group (and second among sites of all sizes) in the “Supervisor” theme of the survey.
These rankings are based on positive feedback from staff regarding their direct supervisor. “Achieving top performer status in the province highlights well deserved recognition of our managers/supervisors from our front line staff. This directly impacts our ability to recruit and retain staff and most importantly, on patient/resident care. We are very proud of these results” said President & CEO Eric Hanna.
Results presented in the report are based on data collected from the NRCC Employee Experience Survey completed by participating Ontario hospitals between July 2014 and December 2015.
